Poured aggressively into a tulip glass. Perfectly clear. More than half the glass was filled with pure white foam. Great retention that forms a meringue, leaving behind sporadic but thick lacing.
Aroma of lemony citrus. Barnyard funk strengthens as it warms.
Taste is great. Lemon citrus that has a nice tart, funky spin. The tartness sticks to the back of tongue.
Light mouthfeel but not too thin. Spritzy carbonation that is on the lips. Dries thoroughly.
This is a solid beer. Even better. Light, refreshing, tart, and keep bringing one back for more. Enjoy!
