Pours clear with a huge, pure white head (expected for the style). Staying power is wonderful, leaving sticky and thick rings in its wake.

Nose has a whole lot going on. Herbal, lemon, earthy funky tart. The acidic lemon is up front and big. Earth, funk, spice/herbal add complexity perfectly. Soap and floral notes are there as well.

Taste follows the nose. Lemon, earth, funk, herbal, acidic and tart. This beer has it all.Complexity is delicate but amazing.

Light body with sparkling carbonation. Very dry.

If you are looking for a well rounded, complete saison. It is a style breaker. The blends of yeast and bacteria, along with the malt profile create a sensational blend. I don't how widely distributed or how often released, this is worth the money/time. Don't underestimate this beer for the delicate joy that it is. Enjoy!
