Picked up a the brewery on February 2nd, 2018. Bottled on 1/29/2019. Bottle 38/142.
Pours cloudy but not opaque. An inch+ of white foam covers. Great staying power. Good lacing from the start.
Aroma is a bunch of pineapple with orange fringes. Hints of lactose sweetness but not as prevalent as in some of their other milkshake beers. There is an underlying herbal scent that is quite powerful. Not an overly powerful though.
Taste is somewhat muddied with juice. Pineapple, pine, herbal and orange. Residual sweetness finish that builds and lingers. Late vanilla.
Medium body with about the same carbonation. Does the beer justice. Dries.
The taste and aroma both have pineapple but it isn't as big of a profile as I expected. Better than their strawberry milkshake but, maybe it is the style, just not wowed by it. Enjoy!

One fine body…
We took our Hop Nawi recipe -with its "boatload" of Vic Secret and Galaxy hops from Austrailia - and further enhanced the flavors, aromas and body with the addition of pineapple, lactose (milk sugar) and Madagascar vanilla beans.
