Pours typically cloudy NEIPA. An inch of frothy, thick, white foam covers. Thick lacing throughout.
Aroma is citrus forward with orange being most notable (no lemon, lime or grapefruit). There candy sugar and pine following up in the background.
Taste follows the nose with a bit more balance between the hops: orange, berry and pine. Good amount of sweet here, maybe too much.
Medium on the mouth with medium-light carbonation. Somewhat juicy but late it dries some.
Been enjoying hop butcher's beers lately. Seems like they pump out one or two a week. They are always welcome but Mirror Ball needs a boost towards the juicy end of things. Good balance and light bitterness make it easy to drink. Enjoy!
