Vanilla Bell Witich

Poured from a bottle purchased at Miskatonic. Pours opaque due to color, not haze. Small amount of mocha foam covers. No retention or lacing. Aroma is barrel. Oak, vanilla and aged bourbon. Caramel and brown sugar sweetness. Taste of oak, vanilla, sweet caramel, brown sugar, and bourbon jump out. The development of dark fruits is developing. Oak and bourbon lingers in the finish. As it warms, late char from the barrel. Medium body, maybe bigger, but expected more. Medium carbonation. This beer is drinking perfectly now, I wouldn't let it sit. Good balance, easy to drink at almost 11.0%. The oak and bourbon balance are great. Enjoy!
