From a can purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe. Date on can: 07/08/20.
Pours cloudy with a inch of pure white foam. Good retention. The top of the foam froths as it recedes. Nice spiderweb, sticky lacing throughout.
Aroma of orange, tangerine and lemon. Fairly straight citrus. Hints of tropical and pine surface.
Taste brings the orange, tangerine and lemon. Bitter grapefruit, pine, and caramel finish that lingers. Not tropical. The transition to the finish is a bit rough and unfinished the first few sips.
Medium body. Medium carbonation. Dry. Not juicy.
Not the smoothest of beers in the finish. The profile on the nose is not explosive as expected. Take the combination of the price and the harshness of the finish and I would pass on this beer in the future. Enjoy!
