Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-02-11. Date on can of 2021-05-31 for a best by date. Please, please don't put that type of date on it. Put the date it was canned and let me make up my mind when I think it is still good.
Pours cloudy for a Saison but may just be a chill haze. An inch of pure white foam that covers. Large, softly packed bubbles go away quickly. Frothy as it recedes, leaving sporadic lacing.
Aroma is herbal, spice, and floral. Light malty aroma that is simple without much fanfare.
Taste is more floral but not overwhelming. Herb and spice add complexity. There is a malty finish; maybe munch or something similar.
High end of medium body with high carbonation. Dry. Typical for the style.
Sometimes, taking a break from all the NEIPAs is an awesome. This beer gives me the chance to appreciate something that is simple, delicate and extremely artistic. I would have this beer again. Enjoy!

Beer Notes
A straw colored Belgian-style Saison brewed with chamomile flowers. It is fermented with a traditional saison yeast strain that imparts fruity and spicy notes that dovetail perfectly with the tea-like quality of the chamomile. Finishes dry, tart, and refreshing.
