Pour is classic amber ale: deep amber with tan, frothy foam that is fills the rest of the glass. Retention is amazing while there is sticky spider webbing left behind as a reminder of its gloriousness.

The aroma is pine and darker end of caramel malts: toffee but not quite dark fruit. Fruit punch. Malt. The pine and fruit punch fight each other, awkwardly.

Taste is sweet, some toffee/caramel is twisted and layered throughout. The hop profile is muddied.

Heavy light body. Strong carbonation that almost burns late but that could be alcohol too.

Double Satan's Mile isn't double the pleasure of Satan's Mile. This one tries to be more but comes off rough (carbonation) and a muddied flavor. I wouldn't have this beer again. Enjoy!
