Day 23 of 24 beers of Christmas 2021.

Pours cloudy, like a NEIPA. A finger of off-white foam that has solid retention. Lacing begins immediately: sticky yet thing.

Aroma goes to 11. Orange, sweet, bubble gum, peach, apricot, white grape with hints of tropical fruit. Well layered and complex.

Taste loses a lot of the hop profile but there is still orange, sweet, white grape, and peach. The tropical fruits are gone as is the apricot and bubble gum. The middle sees hints of alcohol swell which lingers a bit along with some caramel sweetness and orange. Light bitterness that doesn't bite like beers typical to this style 10 years ago.

Medium body with similar carbonation. Juicy on the lips but dries the mouth.

This beer uses 3 hops that are proprietary to Great Lakes Hops. They are boastful with huge aroma but the way they were used makes them drop off in the mouth. Really want to try out these hops. I would have this again. Enjoy!
