Color:Pale Wheat
Had on tap at the brewery while visiting with my neighbor Tom.
Has a chill haze. Not much head or lacing. Straw in color.
Aroma is bread crust, light biscuit and floral almost fruity hops.
Taste is bready with the floral. Somewhat sweet, maybe honey. Late spice bitterness.
Light body but the big end. Hefty carbonation to make the beer feel bigger. Dry and crisp.
This is a great first beer of the day when it is 90 and humid. Easy to drink, low ABV. I would have this again. Enjoy!
