  • Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2020-04-01. No date on can. I hope it is fresh. Picked up because I like the can art more than anything.

    Pours with a chill haze. Huge, billowing, pristine white foam covers. Good retention, leaving wispy lacing behind. Some effervescence.

    Aroma of lager yeast, herbal, floral, and hints of earthiness. Fits the style.

    Taste is bread, herbal, spice, and hints of floral.

    Bigger end of light body with medium carbonation that spritzes the edges of the tongue, lingering.

    The beer is well crafted but doesn't live up to the billing on the can: hazy lager. I expected it to be hazy full of hops. Now I believe the haze is just a chill haze and due to a slight flaw. Nonetheless I would have this again, starring on a warm day. Enjoy!
