Little Sumpin' Extra!

Poured clear with a beautifully large, white foam. Good retention and some quality lacing. Aroma of sweet malt masquerading behind a huge citrus (grapefruit) hop blast. Hops makes the sniffer happy. Taste has the sweetness up front and, actually, in the end. Citrus hops balance the sweet beautifully with some orange rind mixed in. A well rounded imperial. Medium carbonation and a light body. I really enjoy hoppy beers just for the fact of hop burbs! :) A very drinkable, crisp, and refreshing imperial that is so well balanced I had to pinch myself to know that I was drinking an imperial. Once again, Lagunitas creates another fine brew at a great price. Enjoy!
