  • Poured clear with a two inch off-white foam that was slightly frothy and became more so as it receded. Sheeting lacing that slides a little as it follows the beer back to the glass bottom.

Aroma is sweet and a touch of biscuit malt. Floral, grapefruit and tropical hops are pleasantly part of the scent.

Taste has the sweet and biscuit malt show up again. The sweet is up front while the biscuit last throughout. Grapefruit and lemony hops start in the middle and last through to the finish. Some bitterness, hops, and malt all are there in the after taste.

Mouth feel is light as is the carbonation. It dries out in the end.

Refreshing and light; more of warm weather beer. A little on the unbalanced but not by much. After mowing the lawn I could have several of these along with the neightbors. Enjoy!
