Quicky: Nice Hefe aroma of wheaty, lemon citrusy yeast and slight banana with clove. Very smooth, sweet, floral, citrus zest. Perhaps a faint taste of bubblegum. I like it. It's doesn't have a big and distinct personality, but very drinkable.
Poured a little cloudy with a bit of white foam. Retention was nothing to great. Some blotchy lacing here and there.
Aroma is normal hefe but with a spin on the sweet - honey like. Banana and clove.
Taste is banana and clove with a little too much sweetness from the honey. Not much hops to speak of if any.
Light body and medium carbonation.
A good hot weather beer but the sweetness seems a little too much for the style. I don't know how to explain but it just doesn't come together all that well. Enjoy!
"Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, 'It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than selfish and worry about my liver.'" - Jack Handy
