Pours clear with a half pint glass of tan, frothy foam that has ridiculous retention. Lacing is sticky and thick.
Aroma is caramel malt sweetness while the the hops smell delicious: fruit, citrus, and some pine.
Taste is just a touch of sweet up front with, sort of, a mute middle. Little hop flavor until the very end which becomes citrus and pine. Taste dominated at that point leaving a touch of bitterness.
An ample amount of carbonation with a medium body. Slightly oily.
The aroma of this beer is top notch: Amarillo is a great dry hop. Not that that taste is bad, it is just that it didn't blow my socks off like the aroma. A quality beer that I would have again and again. Enjoy!
