  • Pours somewhat cloudy due to chill haze and the beer itself: combo. Foam is thick, off-white and frothy. Surprising, for the amount of foam, recedes rather quickly (dirty glass?).

    Aroma is straight up funk: Brett. Wine and/or fruit join in, possibly from the barrel aging.

    Taste doesn't stray far from the aroma.

    Light body and carbonation. Dries the palate. Minimal carbonation.

    A nice offering. Could use a bit more character to make it more interesting. Enjoy!
