Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe. Date on can of 08/13/20.
Pours with a chill haze. Nice, pure white foam covers. The foam quickly wisps away becoming a thin cover to the liquid beneath. Very sporadic lacing.
Aroma is simple and straight forward: lemon and grain.
Taste is simple as the nose. Lemon up front into the middle with cereal grain taking over into the finish. Limited perceived bitterness that is accented by lemon.
Light body. Spritz carbonation. Extremely dry.
Admittingly this is not one of my favorite styles. It is delicate, fairly easy to drink, but has a tart, herbal finish that makes it rough in the end. I would have it again, sparingly. Enjoy!
