Double Saaz

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-01-21. Date on can of 2021-01-19. Pours crystal clear. Light, fluffy, white foam covers. Retention and lacing is typical of the style: almost non-existent. Aroma is initially a burst of floral, quickly become lemon and sweet cracker. Light herbal. Taste is floral and cracker up front. The middle takes on cereal, lemon, herbal and a touch of spice. The herbal and spice linger, with some lemon, creating a bitterness that builds. Light body that has a crisp finish. Light carbonation. I was surprisingly impressed by this beer. The drinkability is off the charts, I just hope they release it this summer. Would have this again. Enjoy!
