Pours crystal clear as a Pilsner should. Pure white loosely packed foam covers. Fleeting. No lacing.

Aroma of citrus: lemon and lime. Herbal, probably more weed like, maybe even leather. Some spice. Lager yeast. No grain: cracker or otherwise.

Taste has the early lemon that is thwarted by weed in the middle. Giving way to a spice that lingers, possibly a bit more abrupt than a normal Pilsner.

Light body, maybe towards the heavier end. The spritzy carbonation that is expected. Bone dry.

The hop profile of this beer is all French hops that definitely are new to me and put standoffish as well. You have to make a really tasty lager in order for me to say that I want it again, although good, Alsace doesn't fall in that category for me. Enjoy!
