Poured clear with an eighth inch of off-white foam that disappeared like it was running a race. Nothing left after winning the silver in the 100 meter dash.
Aroma is full of spice (all-spice and nutmeg), some caramel malt, and splash of hops.
Spices aren't as strong in taste as they are on the nose. Sweet malt, some spice while finishing with pumpkin and a touch of hops.
Light on the body with medium carbonation - could possibly almost say a touch watery.
Light in the mouth and on the taste. The taste needed to have a bit more spice but the pumpkin flavor in it did stand out, which was nice. Crisp and easy to drink. Not a bad representation of the style. Enjoy!
