  • A: Beautiful deep, red-purple. It clear with a fizzy, thick pink foam.

    S: Raspberries and vanilla perfection.

T: The full raspberries fruit sweetness does a very fast fade, where the ripe off the vine fruit blast melts into . Never would guess the abv level. Medium mouthfeel but not cloying in any way, and a bit of carbonation intially.

O: This is a completely executed brew. Balance and sophistication. A pefect finish to a food pairing dinner.

  • 2011 vintage.

Pours clear with a half inch of blood purple foam. Retention runs away and hides with no lacing to be had.

Aroma is raspberries, raspberries, and raspberries. Vanilla and oak are hidden behind but can be found and of course a touch of sweet.

Taste starts out sweet with a transition in the middle to raspberries, while drying out and finishing tart. Oak comes in the middle to the end.

Medium body from the fruit with a fine bubbled, crisp carbonation.

Quite complex with a great addition of raspberries. One of the better fruit beers I have had. Makes me think of Raspberry Tart. Enjoy!

  • Pours a deep purple that looks like a merlot. Head is purple like I have never seen before.

Aroma is huge in Raspberry with a bit of oak or vanilla hidden in it. Aroma is amazing. The raspberry aroma is amazing and strong and fresh.

Taste is unbelievably good. Starts sweet and light with a fresh raspberry flavor and works into a creamy dry raspberry finish.

Light to medium body with fine champagne like carbonation. Milky and smooth on the palate, with a bit of syrup type texture.

Amazing beer. The raspberry flavors are so fresh and inviting. This is a desert beer. I would love to share this beer with friends and family around the holidays. Try one or two or three!
