  • Pours a clear pale golden color with a big fluffy white head. Good retention on the head with spotty watery lacing.

Aroma is simple pleasant and clean. I am getting grassy aromas mixed with a hint of lemon, malts and yeast.

Taste is simple and straight forward. A grain malt upfront works into a light sweet lemon flavor and finishes with a mild earthy hop dryness. Refreshing, crisp and clean with a sweet aftertaste.

Light body with medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is watery, but smooth.

A nice summer beer with great drinkability. Flavors and aromas are simple and straight forward, but makes for an easy drinking summer beer. Nicely balanced and an enjoyable beer!

  • Two inch of large bubbled, white foam as I poured the beer into my mason jar mug. Not the greatest retention but does some nice network lacing on the side of the jar.

Not really complex on the nose. Simple: grassy and bready malt notes with a splash of lemon sweetness. To the eye the beer looks like summer is it's domain. Let's see.

Starts off with the grainy malt, middle has some sweet lemon, and finishes with a little bit of hops and dryness. No after taste taste to speak of, smooth and crisp. A refresher.

Low carbonation and body. Crisp. Easy drinking. Not a big beer, just good. If you don't like the style or you only like big beers, this won't be for you. A good summer lager. Enjoy!
