No date on can. Pours hazy with three fingers of pillowy, white foam. Great retention. Thick, sticky lacing ensues, forming a meringue coating as it slowing dissipates. Floral with some grapefruit or pineapple. A big hit of sweetness mingles. The floral scents are strongest. Light overall aroma. Bread/cracker malts carry a slight bitterness in the finish. Floral throughout, pleasant. Sweetness stays on the lips, lingering with a touch of grapefruit. Light body. Medium carbonation. Thin but dry. Sneaky complex. This beer doesn't jump out but it is high quality. Taking your time to appreciate this beers pays dividends. The body could be kicked up a notch as the beer comes across thin. Otherwise, nicely done.
