  • From a can with no date. Assume about three week old.

Pours with a slight chill haze but closer to clear than cloudy. A full finger of pure white foam quickly dissipates. Some lacing, at best.

Aroma forward on the stone and tropical fruit. Mango, papaya, peach and apricot. Some sweetness.

Taste is bit sweet: honey. Fruity hops prevail but enough sweetness to travel the entire throughout. Plenty of fruits with a dank twist.

Medium body with ample carbonation that sits deep in the throat. Somewhat tacky on the lips but dry. Mildly bitter, maybe.

This is a great beer. Possibly my favorite of the myriad of Alchemist beers I have had over the last week. Possibly on the sweet side but the hop profile, bitterness, and overall chemistry of the beer is fantastic. Definitely worth it if you have the chance to acquire. Enjoy!
