  • A: Bright yellow with a little yeasty haze. Soft, pure white big foam head.

    S: Lemon grass first impression. Deeper inhales shows show grapefruit and a little pine.

    T: Appealing citrus blend, with malt definitely held in check. Comes across as crisp and fresh, but not too low in flavors. Malt sweetness very clean. Medium mouth-feel but far from thick. Can't tell this is a 7.0% abv.

    O: Probably one of the top American IPAs. Perfect balance, malt is in a supporting role to the sophisticated hop presence. Real pleasure to drink in the flavors, yet really crisp. Solid brew from a crazy solid brewery.
