- The White Tail Deer is a gentle creature. But the White Tail Unidragon? That’s a different story. Standing atop the Chief Leatherlips Monument of Dublin, Ohio, the beast reigns supreme among the wild. Its massive wings and fearsome antlers are lethal, but rarely used. Even animals know better than to challenge the White Tail Unidragon. This Russian Imperial Stout uses chocolate malts to provide rich, sweet malt flavor, while flaked oats and rye malts combine for a full, luscious body. Aging in bourbon barrels provides a through line of pronounced bourbon aroma and flavor.
