  • Threw out the can before I looked at the date. From Iron&Glass; in Bolingbrook.

    Pours like a MEIPA rather than a IPA. almost two fingers of white foam that retreats like the French. Minimal lacing.

    Aroma is mango and pineapple but after the freshness fades, grass and green vegetal. No real sweet notes.

    Taste follows the fading nose. Grassy.

    Light end of medium body. Medium carbonation. Juicy but dries late. No bitterness but grass hangs on too long.

    I think this beer is past prime. I would have this beer again but only because I want to see if a fresh can makes the senses. Happy. Enjoy!
