Energy Equals

Picked up at Iron&Glass;. No date on can. Pours cloudy with a finger of white foam. Retention is on par with thick, sticky lacing left in its' wake. Aroma of orange, grass, pineapple, and stone fruits. Taste is a bit muddled. Sweet orange and pineapple with grass. There is a residual late bitterness that is a combination of grass and earth. Hints of creaminess cut by bitterness in the mouth. Higher end of carbonation for the style. Dry. Lingering hop bitterness / alcohol burn / green hop burn at the end. A bit bitter overall for the style. A nice beer but based on the price point, not something that I would seek out again. Enjoy!
