Pours the normal Hop Butcher NEIPA. Finger plus of whit, creamy foam. Good retention creating thick lacing as it recedes.

Aroma of overripe tropical fruit, mainly mango, which brings along a sense of sweetness. Hints of peach.

Taste is better than the aroma. Waves of very ripe mango are throughout. Sweetness and peach bring up the rear.

Medium body that hints at creaminess. Medium carbonation. Juicy. Hop burn on the tip of the tongue.

Hop Butcher makes good beer but this one connects all the dots for me. Smooth with light bitterness and a semi-creamy finish. The age is perfect on this beer. Enjoy!
