Color of overripe pineapple, burnt orange, totally opaque haze that's almost dark. Two fingers of soft, dirty white medium bubble size foam head.

Aroma of pineapple, bitter citrus, slightly grassy & dank. Drawn in by the fresh and inviting nose.

At first taste it's semi sweet and slightly bitter, and matches the aroma with taste of the previous mentioned overripe pineapple. Add other tropical notes and tangerine citrus. I like variety in mouthfeels within a style, this one's great at a medium feel. Appropriately carbonated.

Super balanced, not showy, but a solid NEIPA brew. It's a style that's currently hugely popular right now, but doesn't feel compelled to over the edge to slushie-like fruit bomb land. This brewery epitomizes WC NEIPAs and I feel is in SoCals top tier of breweries. Big fan.
