Going to start this off by saying this is just over a month old which really changes a NEIPA. We shall see.

Pours cloudy with a nice white, creamy foam. Good retention. Lacing coats all the way.

Aroma has sweet bread crust with hints of biscuit. Hops is subdued, especially to let that mealtimes shine. Catty, dank and cannabis. Not much fruit.

Taste follows the nose. There is a sweet, biscuity sweetness that lingers.

Medium body with light to medium carbonation. Dry.

Not my cup of tea. There isn’t enough hop profile that is inviting I would not have this again. Enjoy.
