Purchased at Iron & Glass Minooka on 2016-08-19. Date on can of 2026-08-12. Cloudy and pale gold in color. Over an inch of pristine white foam cover. Small bubbled. Good retention. Tons of coating lacing immediately.. Aroma is sweet, orange and mango. There really isn't much else. Not complex. Taste doesn't stray. Sweet, orange and mango but not as loud as in the aroma. Late there is some lingering herbal lemon that lingers, creating the sense of bitterness. Hints of earthy green hop burn. Smooth taste. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Slowly dries. The beer packs a lot of different hops and even hop types but I am struggling see that costly decision to take this beer to new heights as compared to beers using simpler hop profile. I would like to see the cost to go down, not up. Despite the knock, a solid offering that is smoother and well rounded compared to others. I would have this beer again. Enjoy!
