Purchased from Iron & Glass Minooka. Date on can of 08/03/22026. Poured into my Pliny glass.
Pours with a slight chill haze but otherwise clear. Pure white covers, most leaving somewhat quickly but leaving behind a minimal layer that coats the top.
Aroma is pineapple, mango and resin that meets big orange. Almost has the sweetness of a clementine. As it warms some of the hop profile fades and more direct cracker malt steps up.
Taste is a mimic of the aroma. Pine, mango and orange up front with pine carrying into the finish, creating a light bitterness that quickly blurs leaving behind pine resin.
Light end of medium body. Lighter end of carbonation as well. Thick lacing that is juicing, flying back to level.
I would liken to a somewhat pine west coast ipa that has a touch of tropical and orange. Really light and crisp with only the bitterness that slowly builds getting in the way. Thankfully that resinous pine stops me from finishing too quickly. I would have this beer again. Enjoy!
