Aroma: Smooth smokey chocolate and coffee.
1st Taste: Surprisingly light versus the aroma.
Overall: I'm not a big Guiness guy and this beer seems fairly similar. To it's credit it's got more personality and I could drink more of these than the stuff from Ireland. If you like the style, you should try this beer.

Poured clear with a foam that was as big as the beer volume I poured. Bubbly, tan, becoming somewhat frothy as it receded.
Aroma is chocolate, smokey, coffee, roasted, and a throw in of sweet.
Taste in negligible sweetness that is quickly engulfed by chocolate, coffee, and roasted flavors.
Almost no carbonation and a super light body. Finishes dry with slight chocolate creaminess.
A drinkable beer. Extremely close to style, almost as if it is the actual definition of the style.
