Poured clear into my pint glass. A huge amount of white, frothy foam. Retention is really good, compacting the frothiness even more. Lacing is sticky, somewhat thick, and webby.
Aroma is sweet caramel and bread malt. Pine and citrus hops are present also. The hops are mild and the overall aroma is subdued.
Taste is sweet with the bread malt coming in the middle. Hops start in the middle and finish the beer. A slight bitterness, that lingers, is there but not over powering. A hint of spice rears its head also.
Body is a little thin with mild carbonation.
Not a bad IPA but the mouth could have been a little bigger and the hop profile more pronounced. Enjoy!
