Boss Tom's Golden Bock

Pours a clear golden color with a thin quarter inch tightly formed head. Good retention on the head. Lacing clings to the sides of the glass. The aroma is faint, but I am getting some grain malt and a bit of yeast. The taste is fairly simple, but enjoyable. Bready malts with a light spice and a touch of hops appear near the finish. A light sweetness is present with a bready yeast flavor in the aftertaste. Light body with medium carbonation. Some what dry on the palate. Overall an enjoyable beer. Simple and straight forward. Not a lot of snazzy character here, but a solid easy drinking beer. An easy drinking beer that is worth a try!
