Old School Hawaii Vibes

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-07-15. Date on can of 2021-07-06. Pours cloudy like a NEIPA. Glad glass of pristine white, creamy foam covers on a vigorous pour. Great staying power with meringue peaks developing. Thick, sticky lacing. Aroma jumps out on the pour. A medley of ripe pineapple, vanilla and coconut. As it rests ripe pineapple persists and subtlety woven with coconut. Fantastic. The taste has pineapple up front with coconut and vanilla muddled together in the finish. Hard to explain but just okay. Body is thinner than expected based on the thick nose. Ample carbonation. Juiciness stays. The. Use is unbelievably promising but the taste is s average and the unexpected thinness of the body leaves me wanting. Great can art but that doesn’t make up for an okay beer overall. Guardedly would have it again. Enjoy!
