Eclipse® Hops: Profile & Substitutions
Description
Eclipse® was bred by Hop Products Australia to have high alpha acids as well as aromatic complexity. Although a dual threat, aroma and bittering, Eclipse shines in late hop additions: boil, whirlpool and dry hopping.
