Enigma™ Hops: Profile & Substitutions
Description
Enigma™ was released by the Hop Products Australia breeding program and is a descendant of Tettnanger. This is a high alpha variety that also packs a unique aroma/flavor profile when used as a late kettle addition.
Enigma™ is often referred to as a "chameleon" as the profile can change quite a bit based on when it is used along with wort composition, other hopes, yeast, and profile.
