Hop: Tardif de Bourgogne
Description
Tardif de Bourgogne was received in 1977, by the USDA, from the Hop Research Institute, Poland, but not much is known about pedigree; assumed to be a clonal French land race. Grown in small quantities commercially in the Alsace region of France, which is along the Rhine River, Germany, and Switzerland, but not clear if this is still the case.
