Hop: Monroe

Description

Monroe was bred in Germany by BarthHaas and derived from a wild American hop. The red berry notes (strawberry, raspberry, cherry and red currant) led it to be named after Marilyn Monroe and her famous red dress.

Monroe, depending on when added to the beer, can give off tons of red berries with plum and passion fruit.
